Year 2017 terms and conditions :
*The rental fees (for one week)

*The week starts on a Saturday at 16:00 p.m. and ends on the following Saturday at 10:00a.m. This is the rate for the rental of the six rooms, the ground floor and the park.
*Deposit: 2,000 € are required at least 15 days before the stay; this deposit will be refunded within 15 days after checking that nothing has been damaged during the stay when leaving.
*Payment :
-Downpayment: 30% of the rental is payable when booking; the booking will become effective after the downpayment has been received and the invoice has been forwarded.
-The remainder: 70% of the rental has to be received 15 days before the stay.
-Late booking (less than 15 days before the stay): 100 % of the rental and the deposit have to be paid on booking.
Available services :
The Chateau is a Five Stars 'Meublé de Tourisme' authorized by the French government administration.
Non-smoking in the whole domain, pets not allowed.
*Kitchen fully equipped (induction cooker, electric oven, micro-wave oven, large capacity fridges, deep-freeze, dishwasher, tableware, cutlery, etc.).
*Welcome grocery kit.
*Utility room: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, etc.
*Cleaning products kit.
*Linen (royal style sheets and blankets, tablecloths) and towels (high quality shower cotton towels).
*Baby chair and bed free of charge upon request.
*Wifi and wired Internet connection free of charge.
*Satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi.
*Billiard, ping pong, badminton, board games, books in English, etc...
*Water, electricity and central heating free of charge.
*Furniture and decoration antique style.
*Display stand with information on touristic sites in Aveyron.
*If the rental is for two or more weeks the sheets will be changed and the premises cleaned every Saturday.
*The Chateau has to be given back in a cleanliness state equivalent of the state upon arrival (apart from linen) or you can benefit of the service of cleaning upon request.
*Cleaning upon request : 150 €

On arrival you will be welcomed with an introduction to the premises in French, English or Chinese.
If you wish we will help you plan the activities you are interested in to optimize your stay .
